Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomatoes 2(sliced)
  2. Gram Flour 1/2cup
  3. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  4. Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  7. Coriender powder 1/2tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. ADD ASEFOTIDIA, TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIENDER POWDER.
  2. ADD SALT, CAROM SEEDS, AND WATER. MIX WELL AND MAKE A LUMP FREE BATTER.
  3. DIP SLICED TOMATOES AND FRY IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  4. FLIP AND FRY FROM THE OTHER SIDE.
  5. TAKE OUT WHEN PAKODAS FRIED FULLY.
