Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw Banana pieces 4 cup
  2. water 1 ltr
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Jaggery 2 gooseberry sized
  5. Grated coconut 2 cup
  6. Red Chilli 2
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Tamarind small gooseberry sized
  9. Garlic cloves peeled 10-12
  10. For seasoning.. Curry leaves few
  11. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  12. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  13. Red chilli 1/2

Instructions

  1. CUT RAW BANANAS INTO LONG PIECES
  2. CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. SOAK IN WATER FOR 5 MINUTES AND DRAIN IT
  4. ADD FRESH WATER 2-3 CUPS
  5. ADD SALT, A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER AND CLOSE THE LID TO COOK
  6. IN THE MEANTIME TAKE COCONUT AND GRIND IT FOR MASALA
  7. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI AND TAMARIND, ADD WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  9. POUR THE GROUND MASALA IN TO COOKED VEGGIE
  10. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND JAGGERY
  11. HEAT OIL, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS AND FRY RED CHILLI
  12. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  13. ADD SEASONING INTO BOILING CURRY
  14. IN THE SAME PAN FRY GARLIC TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  15. ADD IT INTO CURRY, MIX WELL AND SERVE ALONG RICE, DOSA AND SO ON
