Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli 1 cup (boiled)
  2. Onion 1
  3. Capsicum 2 tbsp Chopped
  4. Carrot 2 tbsp Chopped
  5. Peas 2 tbsp
  6. Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FRY SLICED ONION IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  2. ADD ALL VEGIES
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD ALL SPICES
  5. ADD SALT
  6. BOILED VERMICELLI
  7. ADD VERMICELLI AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL AGAIN AND IT'S READY FOR YOUR KID'S TIFFIN
