A delicious and healthy pulav made from vermicelli.
Heat a pan, roast vermicelli till light brown and put it aside.
Heat oil in another pan, add cumin and stir for a minute. Add onions and saute it for 1 minute till it turns translucent.
Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli sauce, salt and saute it till the oil separates from tomatoes.
Now add water and bring to a boil. Now add roasted vermicelli and boil it in that water till the water gets absorbed completely.
Turn off the flame and serve the vermicelli pulav hot.
