Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli - 1 Cup
  2. Onions - 1 Cup chopped
  3. Tomatoes 1 Cup chopped
  4. Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
  6. Oil - 4 tablespoon
  7. Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water - 2 Cups

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan, roast vermicelli till light brown and put it aside.
  2. Heat oil in another pan, add cumin and stir for a minute. Add onions and saute it for 1 minute till it turns translucent.
  3. Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli sauce, salt and saute it till the oil separates from tomatoes.
  4. Now add water and bring to a boil. Now add roasted vermicelli and boil it in that water till the water gets absorbed completely.
  5. Turn off the flame and serve the vermicelli pulav hot.
