This is one of my favourite dishes baked vegetables in white sauce and cheese....yumm its very tasty .i am pretty sure you will love too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1/2cup chopped carrots
1/2cups chopped beans
1 cup cauliflower chopped
1cup broccoli chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup mashroom
1 cup onion chopped
2 table spoon butter
1 rsp salt
3 cups grated cheese
For sauce
2 cups milk
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
Italian herbs

Instructions

TAKE MIX VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE
MELT BUTTER
ADD ONION
STIR FRY TILL THEY LOOK GLOSSY
ADD MIX VEGETABLES AND CONTINUE TO STIR FRY OVER HIGH HEAT TILL VEGETABLES LOOK GLOSY
ADD SALT
ADD BLACK PEPPER
MELT BUTTER AND ADD MAIDA
ADD MILK
KEEP STIRRING TO AVOID LUMPS
ADD SALT AND PEPPER
MIX WELL
ADD WHITE SAUCE IN VEGETABLES
MIX WELL
TRANSFER MIXTURE INTO ANOVEN PROOF SERVING DISH
SPRICKLE THE CHEESE TO COVER THE MIXTURE
SPRICKLE ITALIAN HERBS ,PEPPER ,& CHILLI FLAKES
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN
BAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR CHEESE IS SLIGHTLY BROWN
