Fried raw rice gives good aroma. Veggies and paneer are good for health. These are all mixed up in bath to give good flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Raw white rice
  2. 4 cup water
  3. 8 tsp cooking oil
  4. 1 cup Paneer cubes
  5. 1 cup chopped French beans
  6. 1 cup chopped onion
  7. Few cashews
  8. 2 cup cauliflower
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 inch cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  12. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  13. 1 star anise
  14. 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  15. 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  16. 8-10 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. ADD GARLIC AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD CINNAMON, NUTMEG, STAR ANISE
  4. CARDAMOM, CLOVE AND FENNEL SEEDS
  5. ADD WASHED AND DRAINED RICE
  6. FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
  7. ADD PEPPER POWDER AND MIX
  8. BOIL THE WATER BY ADDING SALT
  9. TRANSFER THE FRIED RICE INTO BOILING WATER
  10. MIX WELL, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 1 WISTEL IN HIGH FLAME
  11. 2 WISTELS IN LOW FLAME, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND ALLOW IT TO COOL
  12. CHOP AND SOAK THE CAULIFLOWER
  13. WASH AND COOK BY ADDING SALT
  14. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  15. HEAT OIL AND FRY CASHEWS TILL GOLDEN COLOR
  16. ADD PANEER CUBES AND FRY
  17. KEEP ASIDE
  18. FRY ONION TILL TENDER
  19. ADD FRENCH BEANS
  20. FRESH GREEN PEAS, SALT TO TASTE
  21. ADD CAULIFLOWER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES, STIR IN BETWEEN TO COOK EVENLY
  22. OPEN THE LID OF COOKER MIX THE RICE
  23. TRANSFER RICE IN TO COOKED VEGGIES PAN, MIX WELL
  24. ADD FRIED PANEER AND CASHEWS
  25. MIX WELL AND SERVE
