ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

It is healthy dish and has a tangy flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Boiled rice
  2. Chopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, spring onion, beans)
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Black pepper as per taste
  5. 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  6. 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  7. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  8. 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup rice.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan.
  3. Saute vegetables in the pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Add the sauces in the pan.
  6. Add boiled rice in the pan.
  7. Mix well serve hot!
