Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled lobia
  2. 1 choppped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1 tsp ginger
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. 3 tbsp oil
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 4 tsp coriander powder
  12. 2 tsp amchur powder
  13. Lemon juice
  14. 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD JEERA AND HING
  2. THEN ADD ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND TOMATO
  4. NOW ADD GINGER AND CHILLI
  5. ADD SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER,HALDI,CORIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER AND COOK
  7. COVER IT
  8. NOW ADD LOBIA SND MIX IN MASALA
  9. ADD AMCHUR POWDER AND LEMON JUICE
  10. ADD SOME MORE DHANIA POWDER
  11. ADD GARAM MASALA
  12. COOK SOME TIME TILL WATER DISSOLVE
