  1. Capsicum 4
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. Hldiram bhujia 1/4 cup
  4. Chillie pwdr
  5. Dhania pwdr
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Curd 200 gms
  8. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. INGRIDENTS:4 CAPSICUM, 1 ONION,BHUJIA SEV, SPICES,CURD
  2. TAKE THE CAPSICUM AND SLICE THE TOP
  3. GENTLY REMOVE THE SEEDS
  4. DON'T THROW THE TOP
  5. CHOP THE ONIONS AND ADD 1/4 CUP BHUJIA SEV
  6. ADD 1 TSP DHANIA PWDR
  7. 1/4 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  8. 1/4TH TSP HALDI PWDR
  9. MIX ALL WELL.DO NOT ADD SALT
  10. TAKE THE CAPSICUM AND STUFF THEM WITH THE DEV MIXTURE
  11. PUT THE TOPS OF THE CAPSICUM AND THE THEM WITH A THREAD
  12. SEAL TIGHTLY
  13. TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND ADD THE CAPSICUMS
  14. COVER AND LET THEM COOK ON ALL SIDES.THEY SHULD TURN ALL BLACK AND CHARD
  15. KEEP TURNING THEM SO THAT ALL SIDES ARE COOKED
  16. ALL READY
  17. NOW TAKE CURD 200 GRMS.TAKE THICK CURD.IF YOU FEEL CURD IS TOO WATERY,REMOVE THE WHEY& USE HUNG CURD
  18. ADD LITTLE SALT
  19. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
  20. 1 TSP ROASTED ZEERA PWDR
  21. WHISK WELL
  22. TAKE A SMALL KADAI AND ADD V LITTLE OIL
  23. ADD FEW ZEERA SEEDS
  24. FEW RAI SEEDS
  25. FEW CURRY LEAVES
  26. LITTLE CHILLIE PWDR
  27. ADD THIS TEMPERING ON THE CURD
  28. MIX
  29. TAKE THE CAPSICUM
  30. AND SLICE THEM AND SERVE THEM WITH THE CURD
