Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup vermicelli
  2. Water
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera
  6. 1/2cup chop onion
  7. 1/2 cup chop carrot
  8. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  9. 1 green chilli
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 4-5curry leaves
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 1/4 tsp haldi
  14. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  16. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  17. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. HEAT WATER IN KADHAI
  2. BOIL IT
  3. ADD SALT IN IT AND ADD VERMICELLI LET THEM BOIL
  4. HEAT OIL IN PAN
  5. ADD JEERA AND ONION
  6. SAUTE ONION
  7. TILL THEN SIEVE VERMICELLI AND REMOVE WATER FROM IT
  8. ADD CARROT AND CHILLI
  9. NOW ADD SPICES
  10. AND VERMICELLI
  11. ADD PEPPER, CHAAT MASALA AND GARAM MASALA
  12. MIX ALL OF THEM AND OUR VERMICELLI PULAO IS READY GOR TIFFIN
  13. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
