ABOUT Homemade Buttercream Frosting.... RECIPE

An easy homemade buttercream frosting for all your bakes and cakes. Made so very easily with just about 4 ingredients and the best part is that it can be stored for more than a week in your refrigerator. Keep it well covered and use it according to your need and requirement. You can even mix your favourite colours to create coloured buttercream frosting. However i recommend you all to make it afresh whenever you want and enjoy the creamy and fluffy frosting conveniently made at home.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Softened butter 150 gm
  2. Icing sugar 100 gm (or more if desired)
  3. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  4. Full fat milk 7-8 tbsp

Instructions

  1. BEAT BUTTER USING AN HAND HELD ELECTRIC BEATER.
  2. ADD A TABLESPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE.
  3. AND ICING SUGAR IN PARTS
  4. AND ADD MILK ALSO IN PARTS. DO NOT ADD ALL AT A TIME.
  5. CONTINUE BEATING FOR ABOUT 6 TO 7 MINUTES
  6. KEEP ADDING MILK IN BETWEEN
  7. AND ICING SUGAR TOO. CONTINUE WITH BEATING FOR NEARLY 7 TO 10 MINUTES IN ALL.
  8. LOOK AT THE CONSISTENCY NOW. IT SHOULD BE LIKE THIS,SOFT AND FLUFFY.
  9. WHEN YOU DROP IT, IT SHOULD NOT BE WATERY. IT SHOULD HOLD IN A PLACE. THIS IS THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY.
