Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mushrooms 2 packets sliced
  2. 2 onions sliced
  3. 1/2 each yellow and red bell peppers sliced
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Dhania powder 1 tbsp
  6. Garam masala powder a pinch
  7. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE A KADAI AND ADD 1 TBSP PURE GHEE
  2. ADD A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  3. 1 TSP RAI
  4. 2 RED DRY KASHMIR CHILLIES
  5. ADD 2 MEDIUM SLICED ONIONS
  6. MIX EVERYTHING
  7. WHEN THE ONIONS TURN TRANSPARENT, ADD SALT
  8. 1 TBSP DHANIA POWDER
  9. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD SLICED MUSHROOMS.I TOOK 2 PACKETS.WASHED THEM THROUGHLY AND SLICED.NO NEED TO REMOVE THE STEMS
  12. ADD SLICED BELL PEPPERS.I HAVE USED YELLOW AND RED HERE TO ADD COLOUR TO THE DISH
  13. LET IT COOK TILL ALL THE WATER EVAPORATES
  14. ADD GREEN DHANIA CHOPPED
  15. SPRINKLE LITTLE GARAM MASALA PWDR AND MIX WELL.BEST ENJOYED WITH ROTIS
