Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mushroom 250 gm
  2. Onion 3 (finely chopped)
  3. Tomato 1 (finely chopped)
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Salt
  7. Water 1/2 cup
  8. Mustard 1 teaspoon
  9. Urad dal 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Curry leaf
  11. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take the mushrooms and cut it into small pieces. In a bowl add water and little bit turmeric powder to it. After the water boils, add the mushrooms and keep it aside.
  2. Now take a pan, add the remaining oil, add the mustard, curry leaves. After this, add onion, saute till it becomes brown.
  3. Now add the red chill powder, turmeric powder, saute it till the raw smell goes.
  4. Now add chopped tomato into it.
  5. After 2 mins, add the boiled mushrooms into it and add 1/2 cup water to it, cook for 5 mins.
