  1. Rice - 1 1/2 cups
  2. Water - 3 cups
  3. Oil
  4. Green chillies - 2
  5. Onion - 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Garlic - 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  10. Pepper - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. SCRAMBLE 4 EGGS IN 2TSP OF OIL WITH 1/2 TSP SALT REMOVE AND KEEP ASIDE
  2. WASH, SOAK AND COOK 1 1/2 CUP BASMATI RICE WITH 3 CUPS WATER IN RICE COOKER. FLUFF AND KEEP TO COOL
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES1 TSP GARLIC2 CHOPPED ONIONS TO 2TBSP OF OIL SAUTE ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD THE FLUFFED RICE 1 TSP PEPPER, SALT TO SEASON, 1 TBSP VINEGAR
  5. 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  6. MIX WELL, ADD THE SCRAMBLED EGGS
  7. STIR FRY ON HIGH AND PACK IN TIFFIN
  8. READY TO GO!!
