1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup milk
water as required to knead dough
for momos veg stuffing:
1 cup cabbage, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 capsicum chopped
salt to taste
3/4 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp coriander leaf, chopped
Instructions
IN A BOWL ADD
1 CUP REFINED FLOUR
& 1/2 TSP SALT
ADD 1/4 CUP OF MILK,
MIX WELL
ADD WATER SLOWLY AND KNEAD INTO SMOOTH YET FIRM DOUGH
ADD 1 TBSP OIL AND KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 5 MINUTES.
COVER IT AND LET IT REST FOR 20 MINUTES
AFTER 20 MINUTES, DEVIDE THE DOUGH INTO SMALL PORTION
DUST WITH REFIND FLOUR
ROLL IT INTO THIN CIRCLE. COVER WITH THE DAMP CLOTH
FOR STUFFING- ADD 1/2 TSP SALT TO THE 1 CUP CABBAGE, MIX WELL.
KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES.
AFTER 15 MINUTES, SQUEEZE THE CABBAGE
DISCARD THE LEFTOVER WATER
IN SQUEEZED CABBAGE,
ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED CARROT,
AND 1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM
