Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Idli dosa batter - 2cup
  2. Oil - 1 tsp + 1 tbsp
  3. Mustard-1/2 tsp
  4. Onion-1, chopped
  5. Green chilli- 1, chopped
  6. Turmeric powder-1/8tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Grated carrot-1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT A TSP OIL,POP OUT MUSTARD.ADD ONION CHILLI&SAUTE.ADD GRATED CARROT,TURMERIC,SALT AND SAUTE TILL IT GET COOKED.
  2. ADD THE SAUTEED VEGGIE TO THE IDLI/DOSA BATTER
  3. MIX WELL
  4. HEAT THE PANIYARAM PAN WITH OIL.POUR A LADLE OF BATTER IN EACH HOLE.
  5. WHEN COOKED ON A SIDE FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE
