  1. Leftover bread slices 6
  2. Ghee 6 tsp
  3. Leftover Ivy gourd palyam 1 cup
  4. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  5. Chopped onion 1 cup
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, FRY ONION
  2. GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. SALT TO TASTE, TURMERIC POWDER
  4. AFTER TENDER ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND LEFTOVER IVY GOURD PALYAM, MIX WELL
  5. FRY LEFTOVER BREAD SLICES, SPRINKLE SOME GHEE
  6. FLIP OVER, FRY TILL CRISPY
  7. REMOVE
  8. ON ONE SLICE ADD ONE TABLE SPOON OF PALYAM AND PRESS WITH ANOTHER, SERVE IN HOT
