  1. Tuvr dal 1/4 cup
  2. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Onion 2
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Kasuri methi 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Salt
  9. For Tadka
  10. oil
  11. Jeera
  12. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. ADD CLEANED 1/4 CUP TUVR DAL AND WATER IN PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES AND 2 CHOPPED ONION
  4. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP KASURI METHI
  6. ADD WATER AND COOK FOR 5 WHISTLES
  7. WHEN THE PRESSURE IS RELEASED ADD REQUIRED SALT
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. ADD TADKA MADE WITH OIL, JEERA AND CURRY LEAVES. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
