Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover turnip salad 1 cup
  2. Leftover ground coconut pulp 1/4 cup
  3. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli 1 broken
  7. Finely chopped green beans 3 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water 1 cup
  10. Turmeric powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI, LET IT BE SPLUTTER
  2. ADD CHOPPED GREEN BEANS
  3. TURMERIC POWDER, WATER
  4. ADD SALT AND CLOSE THE LID, LET IT BE COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES.
  5. CHECK THE WATER, IF THE WATER EVAPORATED ADD LEFTOVER TURNIP SALAD
  6. MIX WELL
  7. ADD LEFTOVER GROUND COCONUT PULP, MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
