  1. 1.5 cup leftover cooked rice
  2. 3/4 cup besan
  3. 1tsp Ajwain
  4. 3/4 tsp turmeric
  5. 1.5 tsp red chilly powder
  6. 3/4 tsp hing
  7. 4tbsp hot oil
  8. Salt
  9. 1tsp water
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. ADD 1TSP WATER. GRIND RICE TO FINE PASTE
  3. THERE SHOULD BE NO LUMPS IN RICE PASTE
  4. ADD BESAN, SALT, MASALAS
  5. MAKE SMALL WELL, ADD HOT OIL
  6. MIX WITH SPOON
  7. ONCE SLIGHTLY COOLED, KNEAD DOUGH
  8. GREASE MOULD WITH OIL AND ADD RICE MIX IN MOULD
  9. HEAT OIL WELL. ON LOW FLAME, USING MOULD MAKE SEV
  10. FRY ON HIGH FLAME UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  11. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED. STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER ON COOLING
