  1. Leftovers puris 8-10
  2. 2 tomato chopped
  3. 4 onions sliced
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  6. 2 potatoes chopped
  7. 1 tbsp aamchur
  8. Oil as used
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONIONS POTATOES GREEN CHILLI TOMATOES
  2. ADD GHEE IN KADAI ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND POTATOES.
  3. ADD GINGER GREEN CHILLI AND SAUTE TILL POTATOES BE SOFT.
  4. MIX IT WELL.
  5. LEFTOVER PURIS
  6. TEAR PURIS.
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  8. MIX ALL SPICES RED CHILLI AMCHUR TURMERIC AND SALT.
  9. ADD PURIS NOW AND MIX WELL
  10. ADD HALF CUP WATER.PREPARE TILL WATER ABSORB.
  11. ITS DRY NOW READY TO EAT SEYAL PURI.
