Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji/Semolina 1/2 cup
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 2tbsp curd
  4. 3tbsp besan
  5. 1/8 tsp ajwain
  6. 1 cup finely chopped veggies ( Onion, capsicum , carrots)
  7. 4-5 green chillies finely chopped (adjust)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Baking soda pinch (optional)
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO HALD CUP SUJI
  3. ADD 2TBSP CURD. MIX WELL, KEEP ASIDE FOR 4MINUTES
  4. ADD GREEN CHILLIES, CHOPPED VEGGIES
  5. ADD SALT, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD BESAN AJWAIN AND MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  7. BEFORE FRYING , ADD PINCH OF BAKING SODA -OPTIONAL STEP
  8. USING HAND DROP PAKORAS IN HOT OIL. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  9. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED BY ABSORBENT TOWEL
  10. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR CHUTNEY
