  1. Rajma boiled 1cup
  2. Onion 3
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 11/2tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  8. Coriander powder 2tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Rajma masala 1tsp
  11. Garam masala 1tsp
  12. Coriander leaves little
  13. Fresh malai 1tbsp
  14. Oil 2tbsp
  15. Khade garam masale little
  16. Bay leaves 2

Instructions

  1. BOIL RAJMA IN A COOKER TILL SOFT.GRIND ONION TOMATO GINGER GARLIC TO A PASTE.
  2. HEAT OIL CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS AND KHADE GARAM MASALE
  3. ADD ONION PASTE SAUTE IT LITTLE
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER,SALT ,RAJMA MASALA AND SAUTE FOR SOME TIME
  5. ADD TOMATO GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE AGAIN
  6. NOW THE PASTE IS READY
  7. ADD BOILED RAJMA IN IT
  8. ADD WATER AND COOK FOR SOME TIME.ADD GARAM MASALA AND CORIANDER LEAVES
