Perfect homely dish!
Soak rajma over night
Wash change water and boil with salt ginger paste for 15-20minutes
Make puree of tomatoes
Chop onions fine
Heat ghee , saute onions with garlic paste
Add tomatoes and all spices mix well,cook for ten minutes
To this add the boiled Rajma mix well
Simmer for 5 minutes on high flame
Remove to serve hot with steamed rice or parathas as per choice and garnish with corriander leaves
