Rajma boiled and cooked in tomato gravy..
One of my favs!
Cook rajma in pressure cooker for 4_5 whistles and keep aside
Make tomato puree
Mix cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder with 1 tsp water
Heat oil, saute onion and whole cumin seeds, saute until onion turns brown
Add garlic and minced ginger
Add whole clove, cinnamon and bay leaf and dalchini
Saute for 2_3 mins
Add all the spices with water mixture
Saute for 3_4 mins
Add tomato puree
Again saute for 2_3 mins
Add hing, saute for some time
Add cooked rajma
Mix well with the spices
Now add water in which rajma was cooked
Boil the rajma with gravy for 10_15 mins
Add garam masala
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with chawal
Your delicious rajma chawal is ready
