Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  4. Coriander leaves [handful]
  5. Salt
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil
  8. onion [chopped] - 1
  9. Tomatoes [chopped] - 1

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until translucent.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, salt and spices. cook until the masala leaves oil.
  3. Then crumble the paneer and add it into the masala. Stir and cook well, Add water if the masala tends to be come very dry.
  4. Once the masala is all dried up, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
