Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida-1/2cup
  2. Curd -1/4cup
  3. Baking powder-1tsp
  4. Baking soda-1tsp
  5. oil-2tsp
  6. Leftover Paneer bhurji-1 1/2 cup
  7. For tandoori masala:-
  8. Curd-1tsp
  9. Ready-made tandoori masala-1tsp
  10. Hot Mustard oil-2tsp
  11. Black pepper-apinch

Instructions

  1. For dough:-
  2. Take a bowl add all ing. of dough and make soft dough with water.
  3. Cover the bowl and take rest for 1/2an hour
  4. Take a small bowl add all tandoori masala in. mix and keep aside.
  5. Make big ball of dough and roll it a big chapati.
  6. Cut rounds with any round cutter fill paneer bhurji into it and fold like stuff prantha fold it.
  7. Make all round bomb like this.
  8. Apply tandoori masala around on it with brush..
  9. Bake the naan bombs 15 to 20 min on 180 degree.
  10. When looks golden than remove from oven tray
  11. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
