  2. Chopped onion -1/4 cup
  3. Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Tablespoon of cornflour
  7. 1 Teaspoon of Chilly Flakes
  8. Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  9. Some coriander leavs
  10. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  11. Chilly sauce 1 teaspoon
  12. Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoons
  13. Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TAKE LEFT OVER IDLY, AND CUT THE IDLY
  2. ADD CORNFLOUR AND RED CHILLI FLAKES
  3. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  4. IDLIES ARE READY TO FRY
  5. HEAT OIL
  6. ADD IDLIES FRY FOR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  7. TRANSFER INTO THE PLATE
  8. ADD OIL
  9. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC
  10. ADD ONIONS
  11. ADD CAPSICUM SAUTE WELL
  12. ADD SOYA SAUCE
  13. ADD RED CHILLI SAUCE
  14. ADD TOMATO SAUCE
  15. ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER MIX WELL AND ADD SOME WATER
  16. ADD FRIED IDLIES
  17. MIX WELL
  18. IDLY MANCHURIAN READY
  19. TRANSFER THE SERVING BOWL
  20. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, U CAN SPRINKLE SOME SPRING ONIONS ALSO
  21. IDLY MANCHURIAN WAS READY TO SERVE, YUMMY AND DELICIOUS........
