Rice Vermicelli bath is common in karnataka. This is my innovation where in I have made this in dahi puri style. If you want too hot, you can add green chilly chutney for this.

Rice Vermicelli 2 cup
Oil 4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Gram dal 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Capsicum chopped 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Masala powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Beans chopped 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 tsp
Cashews 8-10 number
For raita chat...
Curd 2 cup
Cucumber chopped 1 cup
White onion chopped 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Sev 1/2 cup
Instructions
CRUSH THE RICE VERMICELLI.
ADD INTO BOILING WATER.
CLOSE THE LID FOR THREE MINUTES, OPEN IT CHECK THE DONENESS.
IF IT IS SOFT COOKED DRAIN THE WATER AND KEEP ASIDE.
ADD MUSTARD, GRAM AND URAD DAL TO THE HOT OIL FOR TEMPERING.
ADD ONION AND SAUTE WELL IN MEDIUM FLAME.
ADD VEGGIES.
ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT.
ADD MIXED MASALA POWDER, SAUTE WELL AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME.
MIX UP THE COOLED VERMICELLI.
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, VERMICELLI UPMA IS READY.
FRY CASHEWS IN GHEE AND KEEP ASIDE.
TAKE CURD AND ADD CUCUMBER.
ADD SALT AND ONION.
ADD COOLED VERMICELLI UPMA.
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES.
TOP WITH SEV.
GARNISH WITH CASHEWS.
