Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 ltr
  2. Kesar syrup 4 tbsp
  3. Almonds 10 to 20
  4. Curd 2 tbsp
  5. Powder sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE MILK FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD 2 TBSP CURD, BOIL TO MAKE PANEER.
  2. DRAIN WATER. COOL FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. POUR 1 GLASS OF WATER OVER THE PANEER.
  4. MASH THE PANEER FOR 5 MINUTES.
  5. ADD 2 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR. MIX WELL.
  6. DIVIDE PANEER INTO 2 PORTIONS. ADD 1 TBSP KESAR SYRUP TO 1 PORTION.
  7. ROLL PANEER PORTIONS INTO 2 BALLS.
  8. GREASE A BOWL WITH 1/2 TBSP BUTTER.
  9. DRIZZLE 1 TBSP KESAR SYRUP. PUT 1 TSP CHOPPED ALMONDS.
  10. TAKE KESAR BALL & PRESS INTO THE GREASED BOWL.
  11. DECORATE WITH 5 HALVED ALMONDS.
  12. DRIZZLE 1 TBSP OF KESAR SYRUP.
  13. COVER THE KESAR BALL WITH THE OTHER PANEER BALL. SPRINKLE CHOPPED ALMONDS.
  14. ADD THE REMAINING CHOPPED ALMONDS. PUT BOWL IN FREEZER FOR 20 MINUTES.
  15. DEMOULD AFTER 20 MINUTES. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS & SERVE.
