ABOUT Baked Nachos RECIPE

Quick, yummy and healthy, prepared from wheat flour and lots of herbs. A best and oilfree snack for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1 1/4 cup
  2. Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Dried Oregano - 1 tbsp
  4. Dried Basil leaves - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Dried rosemary - 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chili flakes - 1/2 tbsp
  8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for greasing
  11. Water for kneading

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS WITH 11/4 CUPS FLOUR IN A BOWL
  2. ADD 1 TBSP DRIED OREGANO , 1.5 TBSP GHEE
  3. MIX TILL MIXTURE IS CRUMBLY IN TEXTURE
  4. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE, ADEQUATE WATER AND KNEAD INTO A STIFF DOUGH
  5. COVER AND REST DOUGH FOR 30 MINS
  6. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 4-5 EQUAL PARTS
  7. ROLL INTO A ROTI, CUT FROM THE CENTRE INTO 2 SEMI CIRCLES
  8. CUT SEMICIRCLES INTO TWO EQUAL PARTS
  9. STACK ONE OVER ANOTHER, CUT INTO TRIANGLES
  10. SEPARATE THE NACHOS
  11. ARRANGE THEM ON BAKING TRAY , PRICK NACHOS ALL OVER
  12. BRUSH NACHOS WITH OIL, BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 4 MINS
  13. FLIP THE NACHOS .BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 4-5 MINS TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP
  14. COOL AND STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
