Instructions
MIX 1/4 LUKEWARM MILK AND 1/2 TSP DRY YEAST, KEEP ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
MIX 2 CUPS FLOUR, 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 1 TSP SALT, 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA IN A BOWL
ADD 1/2 TSP SUGAR, 1 TSP NIGELLA SEEDS
ADD 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, 2 TBSP GREEN GARLIC LEAVES, MIX WELL
ADD YEAST MIXTURE AND WATER, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
APPLY SOME BUTTER ON THE DOUGH, COVER AND REST IN A WARM PLACE FOR 2-3 HOURS
DIVIDE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS
ROLL OUT NAAN BY DUSTING LITTLE FLOUR ON SURFACE
SPRINKLE 2 TBSP GARLIC-GARLIC GREENS MIXTURE AND ROLL AGAIN
FLIP IT, APPLY SOME WATER ON ONE SIDE, PLACE WET SIDE ON HOT TAVA
GRILL FOR 1-2 MINS, TURN THE TAVA DIRECTLY ON THE FLAME
COOK TILL BROWN SPOTS APPEAR ON NAAN
APPLY BUTTER ON TOP. SCRAPE SIDES. SERVE HOT
