  2. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Hing
  5. Salt required
  6. Baking soda pinch
  7. Vegetables Capsicum
  8. Potato
  9. carrot
  10. Onion
  11. Brinjal
  12. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. ADD 3 TBSP BESAN AND 1 TBSP RICE FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND HING
  3. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  4. ADD PINCH OF COOKING SODA
  5. MIX WELL WITH WATER OF PANCAKE CONSISTENCY
  6. ARRANGE VEGGIES IN TOOTHPICKS
  7. COAT VEGGIES WITH PAKORA MIX
  8. DEEP FRY THEM
  9. REMOVE THE TOOTH PICKS
