Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coco powder 1 tablespoon
  2. Milk 1 tablespoon
  3. Milkmaid1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1 tablespoon
  5. Cashew nuts powder 1/2 cup
  6. Biscuit powder 1/2 cup
  7. Walnut1 tablespoon
  8. Sweet choclate 1 cup
  9. Almond flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Take cocoa and milk in a bowl
  2. Mix them finely
  3. Add milkmaid
  4. Mix them finely
  5. Add butter and mix
  6. Now cook this mixture for sometime.Stir continiously
  7. Switch off gas and add biscuit crumbs
  8. Mix and add cashew powder
  9. Again cook for a minute
  10. Now add walnut mixture.Mix them
  11. Pour the mixture in a tray
  12. Melt chocolate on double boiler. Stir it continiously
  13. Pour it on the previous mix and sprinkle almond flakes
  14. Set for some time in freezer and cut
  15. Choco Burfi is ready to serve
