Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Potato 4
  2. oil
  3. Green chilli 6
  4. Coriander leaves handfull
  5. Ginger little
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves 2tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. All purpose flour 2cups

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 4 DICED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 1 TSP CORIANDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC & SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP GREEN CHUTNEY
  4. STIR & COOK TILL DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  5. KNEAD 2 CUPS OF FLOUR INTO A DOUGH ADDING WATER AS REQUIRED, KEEP TO REST FOR 15 MINS
  6. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH & ROLL OUT A ROTI
  7. FILL IN THE PREPARED POTATO STUFFING, SHAPE INTO CONES, SEAL ENDS WITH WATER
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  9. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
