Paratha with fry potatoes stuffing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 medium sized potatoes
  2. 1 cup chopped onions
  3. 2 1/2 tea spoon salt
  4. 2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 tea spoon black salt
  6. 3 table spoon oil
  7. 1/2 tea spoon mustard seed
  8. 1/2 tea spoon jeera
  9. 2 table spoon lemon juice
  10. For the dough.....
  11. 3 cup wheat flour
  12. 1/4 tea spoon salt
  13. Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. WASH POTATOES WELL. CUT EACH OF THEM INTO TWO. BOIL THEM WITH TWO GLASS WATER IN A COOKER. 4 TO 5 WHISTLES ON HIGH FLAME
  2. PEEL THE BOILED POTATOES AND MESH THEM.
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  4. ADD JEERA, MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, HALDI POWDER AND CHOPPED ONIONS IN IT
  5. FRY ONION FOR A MINUTE AND ADD SALT AND BLACK SALT IN IT.
  6. ADD MESHED POTATOES AND LEMON JUICE . SAUTE FOR A MINUTE AND OFF THE GAS. LET THE STUFFING BE COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE MAKING PARATHA
  7. STUFFING IS TOTALLY READY
  8. NOW PREPARE LITTLE TIGHT DOUGH USING WHEAT FLOUR AND SALT AND WATER. MAKE 11 EQUAL BALLS FROM IT.
  9. ROLL THE BALL AND STUFF POTATO STUFFING AS SHOWN
  10. ROLL PARATHA AS SHOWN. FRY ON TAWA FROM BOTH THE SIDES USING OIL.
  11. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE, KADHI AND CORIANDER CHUTNY
