  1. 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA,
  2. 1 TSP CUMIN
  3. 1 TBSP KASURI METHI
  4. 1.5 CUPS SOAKED RICE
  5. 3 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,
  6. 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. SALT

Instructions

  1. IN 1 TBSP HOT GHEE, ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TSP CUMIN & 1 TBSP KASURI METHI
  2. ADD 1.5 CUPS SOAKED RICE, 3 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP TURMERIC & SALT WITH 3 CUPS WATER AND COOK UP TO 2 WHISTLES
  3. SERVE HOT
