Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 carrot grated
  2. I capsicum finely chopped
  3. 1 small cabbage grated
  4. 1 cup boiled corn kernels
  5. 1/4 packet of boiled noodles
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. One packet of Maggi masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. One tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. Oil for Deep frying
  11. 2 cups of bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. KEEP ALL THE INGREDIENTS HANDY LIKE GRATED CABBAGE CARROTS CHOPPED CAPSICUM BREAD CRUMBS POWDERED MASALAS BOILED NOODLES AND CORNS
  2. NOW MIX THE VEGGIES AND NOODLES WITH BREAD CRUMBS
  3. ADD MAGGI MASALA
  4. THEN PAV BHAJI MASALA
  5. ADD ALL THE POWDERED MASALAS ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE AND MIX WELL
  6. MIX WELL AND MAKE SMALL BALLS WITH THE MIXTURE..
  7. DEEP FRY THEM IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  8. REMOVE THEM ON ABSORBING PAPER AND SERVE WITH KETCHUP AND CHUTNEYS OF YOUR CHOICE
  9. CORN VEGGIE NOODLES TIKKIES OR BALLS ARE READY TO EAT
