Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish 5oo gm
  2. CURD 300 GM
  3. Onion 2
  4. Tamato 2
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  7. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Green chilly 2
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSPN CUMIN, 1 TSP CORIANDER, 2 TSP CHILLI, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE TO 300 GM CURD
  2. ADD 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL AND 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. DROP 500 GM FISH PIECES, MARINATE FOR 15 MINS
  4. PUT MARINATED FISH INTO A NONSTICK PAN WITH SOME WATER
  5. TOP WITH 2 SLICED ONIONS, 2 SLICED TOMATOES, 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES AND A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER
  6. COVER AND COOK FOR 20 MIN ON SIM
  7. ONCE DONE,TOP WITH A LITTLE MUSTARD OIL AND SERVE IT HOT WITH BASMATI RICE
