Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken boneless 100 g
  2. Bengal gram or chana dal 4 tablespoon soaked overnight in water
  3. Fenal seeds 3/4 teaspoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste with 2 green cilli (optional) tablespoon
  5. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Chat mashala 2 teaspoon and more for garnishing
  7. Besan or gram flour 1 tablespoon
  8. Plain curd 250 ml
  9. Roasted cumin powder 2 tablespoon
  10. Tamarind without seeds 1/2 tablespoon soaked in 3/4 cup of water
  11. salt as per taste
  12. sugar 1 teaspoon
  13. Roasted red chilli flakes as required
  14. Chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli for garnishing
  15. Oil for frying 3- 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. SOAK CHANA DAL ( BENGAL GRAM) IN WATER OVERNIGHT.
  2. SOAK TAMARIND IN WATER
  3. TAKE BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES IN A MIXTURE GRINDER
  4. ADD SOAKED CHANA DAL
  5. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD FENAL SEEDS
  7. ADD CUMIN POWDER
  8. ADD CHAT MASHALA
  9. ADD SALT
  10. GRIND AND MAKE A PASTE
  11. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  12. LITTLE SALT
  13. MIX
  14. ADD BESAN
  15. MIX
  16. HEAT OIL
  17. PUT SMALL SMALL PORTION AND FRY
  18. DEEP FRY BOTH SIDES
  19. REMOVE EXCESS OIL
  20. KEEP ASIDE
  21. ADD LITTLE SALT TO THE TAMARIND WATER
  22. TAKE CURD IN A MIXING BOWL
  23. ADD SALT
  24. ADD LITTLE SUGAR AS PER THE TASTE
  25. ADD ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  26. ADD TAMARIND WATER ADJUST THE TASTE
  27. BLEND
  28. DAHI IS READY
  29. ARRANGE CHICKEN FITTERS ADD DAHI
  30. SPREAD LITTLE MORE TAMARIND WATER
  31. SPRINKLE CHAT MASHALA
  32. SPRINKLE ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  33. SPRINKLE CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER
