  1. 2 packet Maggi pazzta cheesy macaroni
  2. 300 gram minced chicken
  3. 150 gram mozzarella cheese
  4. 150 gram cheddar cheese
  5. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp mustard powder
  8. 1 tsp garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp soya sauce
  11. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 cup all purpose Flour
  14. 1 cup oil
  15. 1/4 cup Milk
  16. 1 tsp herbs
  17. 2 beaten egg
  18. 4 tsp unsalted butter
  19. Slice Onions and tomato
  20. Iceberg

Instructions

  1. 4 CUP WATER, 1/2 TSP SALT
  2. 1 TSP OIL, BRING IT TO BOIL
  3. ADD 2 PACKET CHEESY MACARONI PAZZTA
  4. COOK FOR 2 MINUTE ON MEDIUM FLAME
  5. DRAIN THE WATER
  6. HEAT A PAN ADD MAGGI MACARONI PAZZTA
  7. ADD TASTEMAKER AND MIX WELL
  8. 4 TSP UNSALTED BUTTER, 1 TSP PAPRIKA
  9. 1 TSP MUSTARD POWDER, 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  10. 150 GRAM MOZZARELLA CHEESE,
  11. 150 GRAM CHEDDAR CHEESE,MIX WELL
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK COOK ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT STIR UNTIL CHEESE ARE MELTED
  13. REMOVE THE POT FROM HEAT, AND POUR THE PAZZTA MIXTURE ON A TRAY, SPREAD EVENLY WITH A SPATULA
  14. COVER WITH CLING WRAP
  15. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST FOR 30 MINUTES
  16. FOR PATTIES 300 GRAM MINCED CHICKEN, 1 CUP BREADCRUMBS
  17. 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER, 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
  18. SALT TO TASTE 1 TSP HERBS
  19. 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE, 1 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP
  20. MIX WELL
  21. MAKE SMALL PATTIES
  22. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, FRY CHICKEN PATTIES ON MEDIUM FLAME BOTH SIDES
  23. SEAR PATTIES ON DESIRE FINENESS FLIPPING HALFWAY THROUGH
  24. REMOVE PATTIES ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  25. ONCE PAZZTA COOLED CUT OUT 4-6 PAZZTA BUN
  26. REMOVE PAZZTA BUN FROM SPOON LIKE THIS
  27. 2 EGG, 1 PINCH SALT BEAT WELL
  28. DIP EACH PAZZTA BUN IN FLOUR
  29. THEN EGG
  30. AND FINELY BREADCRUMBS, COATING EVENLY
  31. FRY ALL THE PAZZTA BUN ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  32. FRY ALL THE PAZZTA BUN UNTI GOLDEN BROWN
  33. REMOVE ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  34. PLACE CHICKEN PATTIES TWO MAC AND CHEESE PAZZTA BURGER
  35. PUT ICEBERG,ONION, TOMATO AND MAYONNAISE
