Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish 350 gm
  2. Onion paste 1/4 cup
  3. Mastard paste 1 tbs
  4. Coconut paste 2tbs
  5. Tarmaric Powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt as to taste
  9. Olive oil 1.5 tbs
  10. Green chilli 3
  11. Lemon leaves 3
  12. Grape leaves 3/4

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3 LARGE FISH FILLETS, ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TBSP LEMON JUICE, RUB WELL
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1.5 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  3. ADD 1 TBSP MUSTARD PASTE,1.5 TBSP COCONUT PASTE, 1/4 CUP ONION PASTE, RUB WELL
  4. ADD 1.5 TBSP OLIVE OIL, SET ASIDE FOR 20 MINS
  5. REMOVE THE MARINATED FISH FILLETS, RESERVE THE MARINADE
  6. TRANSFER THE MARINADE TO A HOT NONSTICK PAN
  7. SAUTE FOR 7-8 MINS ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT, SET ASIDE
  8. TAKE 3 GRAPE / BANANA LEAVES
  9. BLANCH THE LEAVES IN HOT WATER FOR 1 MINUTE
  10. PUT A FISH FILLET ON THE SOFTENED LEAF, ADD 2 TSP COOKED MARINADE ON TOP
  11. ADD 1/4 TSP LEMON JUICE, 1 GREEN CHILLI, 1 LEMON LEAF ON TOP
  12. WRAP IT UP & SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK, GET THE OTHER PARCELS READY IN THE SAME MANNER
  13. PLACE THE FISH PARCELS IN A STEAMER, COOK FOR 20 MINS
  14. THE FISH IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  15. UNWRAP ALL THE STEAMED FISH PARCELS, SERVE HOT WITH RICE
  16. TRY IT, IT'S HEALTHY & YUM
