Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked and cooled basmati rice 1.5 cups
  2. Ghee 3 tablespoons
  3. Garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoons
  4. Onion 1 medium sized Finely chopped
  5. Frozen veggies 1/2 cup ( green peas and carrot )
  6. Spring onions ( white ) 3 tablespoons
  7. Green onions 1 tablespoon
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  10. Hot sauce 2 tablespoons
  11. Pepper powder white (optional )
  12. Green onions chopped for garnishing as preferred

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons ghee in a tawa . Add 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic .
  2. Sauté until brown .
  3. Maintain a low to medium flame .
  4. Add 1 medium sized onion finely chopped. Sauté till translucent.
  5. Add 3 tablespoons finely chopped white bulb onions , 1 tablespoon chopped green onions .
  6. Sauté all the ingredients till crunchy .
  7. Now add veggies you prefer . I added frozen carrot and peas 1/2 cup .
  8. Sauté the veggies till glossy . Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce .
  9. Add 2 tablespoons hot sauce .
  10. Add required salt .Mix all together.
  11. Add 1 .5 cups cooked and cooled Basmati rice .
  12. Toss all together quickly in high without breaking the grains for 3 minutes . Switch off . Garnish
  13. with chopped spring onions . Tasty Burnt garlic Tawa fried rice is ready . Serve hot . Relish .
