Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 4 boiled
  2. Saltnacc to tatse
  3. Chilli,dhania ,zeera pwdr 1 tbsp
  4. Haldi 1 tsp
  5. PANEER 100 grms
  6. Fresh coconut grated 100 grms

Instructions

  1. TAKE 4 MEDIUM-BOILED POTATOES, COOL & MASH THEM
  2. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CORIANDER, CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDERS
  3. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC POWDER & SALT, MIX WELL
  4. THE OUTER COVERING FOR THE CUTLETS IS READY, SET ASIDE
  5. TAKE 100 GMS EACH OF GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE & FRESH COCONUT
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED RAISINS, 2 TBSP CASHEWS
  7. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  8. ADD 2 TBSP ROASTED, COARSELY CRUSHED CORIANDER SEEDS
  9. ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR, SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL, THE STUFFING IS READY
  10. TAKE A SMALL BALL FROM THE READY POTATO MIX, SHAPE INTO A DISC & FLATTEN IT
  11. PLACE THE COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFING, GATHER THE ENDS & SEAL
  12. SHAPE INTO SMOOTH, ROUND CUTLETS LIKE THIS
  13. ROLL OVER DRY SEMOLINA
  14. DIP INTO THE MIXTURE OF 3 BEATEN EGGS, SEASONED WITH SALT & RED CHILLI POWDER TO TASTE
  15. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  16. FRY ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  17. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP OR CHUTNEY
  18. THESE ARE SOFT & FLAVOURFUL FROM INSIDE & CRUNCHY FROM OUTSIDE
