Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 g bathua, cleaned
  2. 3/4 cup cup grated paneer
  3. 4 potatoes, boiled and Mashed
  4. 1 tablespoon coconut grated
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/4 cup cubed paneer
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
  9. 1 tablespoon suji
  10. 1 tsp red chili powder
  11. 1-2 green chili finely chopped
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook Bathua for 1 whistle. Squeeze excess water from bathua
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and paneer cubes. Mix well to form smooth dough
  3. Take little amount of the mix, flatten it on palms, place 1 paneer piece in it and seal mixture and flatten it
  4. Coat the cutlets with Suji. Deep fry cutlets until golden brown over medium heat. Drain excess oil over kitchen towel
  5. Serve hot with sauce or chutney or dip as desired
