Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Poori: Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Dry Methi bhaji 1.5 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For Aaloo Rasedaar: Potatoes 3 boiled
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  10. Garam masala 1 tsp
  11. Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. 1 pinch Hing
  14. 1/2 tsp Jeera
  15. For Aamras:Mango 1 , peeled and sliced
  16. Milk 1/2 litre
  17. Sugar 3-4 tsp - adjust

Instructions

  1. ADD MANGO,MILK AND SUGAR TO BLENDER
  2. BLEND THE MIXTURE TO SMOOTH PUREE AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS AND HING
  4. ADD CUBED POTATOES AND MIX WELL
  5. ADD TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT. MIX WELL
  6. ADD ADEQUATE WATER AND BRING TO BOIL. COOK UNTIL GRAVY REACHES DESIRED CONSISTENCY
  7. ADD AMCHUR POWDER AND GARAM MASALA. MIX WELL. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. ADD WHEAT FLOUR, 1 TSP RED CHILI POWDER, SALT, 1 TSP OIL, SOAKED DRIED METHI IN A BOWL
  9. ADD ADEQUATE WATER AND KNEAD STIFF DOUGH. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS AND ROLL INTO POORIS
  10. DEEP FRY POORIS TILL GOLDEN BROWN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
  11. FRY ALL THE POORIS AND DRAIN EXCESS OIL OVER KITCHEN TOWEL.SERVE HOT WITH AALOO RASEDAAR AND AAM RAS
