  3. 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  4. Salt as per as taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoon oil
  8. 1 cup water
  9. 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  10. 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
  11. 1/4 cup capsicum
  12. 1/4 cup tomatoes
  13. 1/2 cup onions
  14. 4 pieces of multi grain bread slices

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:
  2. 1 CUP_GRAM FLOUR:1 TEASPOON FLAX SEEDS:1 TEASPOON CAROM SEEDS:
  3. SALT AS PER AS TASTE:1TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER:1/4 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER:
  4. 1 TABLESPOON OIL:1CUP WATER:
  5. WHISK WELL AND MAKE A THICK BATTER:
  6. 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES & CHOPPED CORIANDER:1/4 CUP CAPSICUM & TOMATOES:1/2 CUP ONIONS:
  7. MIX THE BATTER PROPERLY:
  8. DIP IN MULTI GRAIN BREAD SLICES: & PLACE THEM IN A GREASED BAKING TRAY;
  9. PLACE THEM IN THE OVEN: & BAKE THEM FOR 180° C FOR 12 TO 15 MINS:
  10. KEEP CHECKING THAT THEY DON'T BURN:
  11. TAKE THEM OUT OF THE OVEN AND SERVE HOT:
