ABOUT Moth sprouts pulav RECIPE

No oil no fry hassel free yummy pulav made in a jiffy. Packed with health and nutrition. Spiced only with green chillies and dhania jeera powder but still soo flavourfull. Can be made for any special occasions or guests and even for your kids lunch boxes. A complete meal, requires no accompaniment. Can be eaten alone by itself. Tasty, healthy and most easiest pulav till date.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Basmati rice - 3 cups
  2. Water - 6 cups
  3. Moth Sprouts- 3 cups
  4. Dhania jeera [coriander- cumin seeds] powder - 2 tbsps
  5. Ghee - 3 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Green chillies - 6 to 7
  9. Curry leaves - few
  10. Bay leaves - few

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK 3 CUPS BASMATI RICE FOR 15 MINUTES
  2. DRAIN THE WATER ADD INGREDEINTS : 3 CUPS MOTH SPROUTS
  3. 2 TBSP DHANIA JEERA POWDER
  4. 6 TO 7 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. FEW BAY LEAVES
  6. 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. FEW CURRY LEAVES
  9. 6 CUPS WATER
  10. 3 TBSPS OF GHEE
  11. MIX WELL COVER AND COOK IN RICE COOKER
  12. OPEN, FLUFF AND MIX GENTLY
