  1. Palak leaves 12-15
  2. Curd 3 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. White sesame 2 tsp
  5. Dates 5
  6. Ghee 2 tsp
  7. Coconut gratings 1/2 cup
  8. Jeera 1 tsp
  9. Cashews 4

Instructions

  1. SAUTE PALAK LEAVES TILL TENDER
  2. HEAT GHEE AND FRY CASHEWS
  3. ADD WHITE SESAME, TAKE OFF FLAME, LET IT SPLUTTER
  4. ADD PALAK AND FRIED INGREDIENTS IN MIXIE JAR
  5. DATES, SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD SWEET CURD, GRIND COARSELY
  7. OPEN THE LID, ADD JEERA AND COCONUT GRATINGS, CONTINUE GRINDING
  8. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL, ADD SUFFICIENT CURD
  9. ADD SOME FRIED WHITE SESAME, MIX WELL AND SERVE WITH PLAIN RICE
