  1. Chicken 750gms
  2. Curd 1cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Gravy
  6. Onions 4
  7. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 2tsp
  9. Saunf 1 teaspoon
  10. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  11. Black pepper 1t sp
  12. Cardamom 4
  13. Clove 4
  14. Cinnamon 2inch

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY TO MARINATE CHICKEN
  2. MARINATE 750GMS CHICKEN WITH 1CUP CURD, 2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, AND SALT FOR 1HOUR
  3. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE GRAVY
  4. HEAT 3/4CUP OIL AND ADD 4SLICED ONIONS AND BROWN IT
  5. WHEN GOLDEN BROWN TAKE IT OUT
  6. ADD ONLY CHICKEN PIECES IN OIL LEAVING THE MARINADE AND FRY FOR 10MINUTES
  7. GRIND ONIONS WITH THE MARINADE FINELY
  8. ADD ALL THE POWDER MASALA AND WHOLE GARAM MASALA TOO AND GRIND AGAIN
  9. WHEN CHICKEN IS GOLDEN IN COLOUR ADD THE GRINDED MIXTURE AND FRY AGAIN FOR 5MINUTES
  10. COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 5MORE MINUTES. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP AS IT MAKES YOUR CHICKEN TASTIER
  11. ADD 2GLASS OF WATER , GRAVY SHOULD BE IN THIN CONSISTENCY , COOK FOR 15..20MINUTES ON SLOW HEAT
